    The Production Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing operational performance from an HSE, quality, productivity, efficiency, cost and customer service perspective to achieve the overall business objectives for the Fords, NJ facility. 


    • Supervises the day-to-day operations for production to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production while ensuring daily production requirements are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Ensures processes operate at optimum level in regards to quality and output.
    • General supervision, training and development of subordinates
    • Analyze, modify and upgrade existing processes and procedures
    • Assess safety and potential environmental of operating units.
    • Reduce variation of Key Performance Indicators to improve product performance.
    • Investigates and responds to all safety, environmental, and other incidents involving production employee and ensures adherence to all rules, policies, practices and procedures.
    • Recommends improvement in facilities, equipment and manpower utilization to improve product quality and productivity while lowering operational and maintenance costs.


    • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of and commitment to HSE standards and policies
    • Working knowledge of chemical plant processes, equipment, instrumentation and controls preferred
    • Stong time management, problem solving and prioritization skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP
    • Working knowledge of OSHA-PSM; MOC, ISO, LEAN
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience
